DMCA Policy
Probabili Formazioni respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
This policy outlines the information required to submit an effective notice of infringement and how we handle such notices. We also provide instructions on how to submit a counter-notification if you believe your content was wrongly removed.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Probabili Formazioni infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification with Probabili Formazioni, you must provide our Copyright Agent with a written communication that includes substantially the following elements:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Probabili Formazioni may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent via the contact methods provided on our contact page, ensuring you clearly state "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject or message.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original notification. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking an order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on Probabili Formazioni within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
